Review of A Dangerous Method (2011) by Lee H — 15 Aug 2012
Cronenberg gives us a solid film that gives the source material and subject matter the respect it deserves. As such it doesn't feel glossy or force any emotional impact down our throats. This gives the film an informative, almost documentary style delivery.
Fassbender and Mortensen are excellent and Knightly, although sometimes over the top, gives a good performance.
