Review of A Boy and His Dog (1975) by Bob L — 15 Jan 2008
An interesting post-apocalyptic world. I enjoyed the first half, despite a lot of unnecessary, strangling darkness. Ignoring plot conventions is always a plus. The "down under" was just too cartoonish, with the white face paint; sluggish, zombie-walking robot; constantly droning, nonsensical loudspeaker instructions and monologue; marching band; etc.
