Basically it's a reverse version of "THX 1138" except with a boy and a dog. The first half is great as the dog is the smart one that everyone loves, and the boy just out for women. But a satirical comedy that leaves you wanting more of the smart dog wandering the wasteland than the boy going to "down under.
" Still a great sci-fi flick.
