Don Johnson and Scrappy Doo set out to find women for Donnie to rape. Yep, it's the apocalypse and women are a rare thing to find. Dogs are now telepathic and have the ability to scan the area for threats and women.
How fortunate. Tons of social commentary stuffed into a weird little 70's flick filled with bizarre imagery and black humor. The ending was by far the best though :).
