Review of A Boy and His Dog (1975) by Corey W — 24 Feb 2012
This movie starts out as an extremely good post-apocolyptic survival movie. But then it just gets bizzare. When you finish the movie, your confused and wonder just what did you just watch. However, the scenery was great, it had some good something, some funny jokes, and great chemistry between Vic and Blood.
This movie was simply...strange. The plot was convaluted and unfollowable. I would recommend this movie to people (like me) who are intersted in the post-apocolpytic genre and want to see a classic. There is not doubt that this movie was great for its time and inspired numerous video games and movies.
However, this movie was not delivered well, and if you are going to watch it, the first thirty minutes of it are the only extremely good parts of the movie.
