The story is laughable, but the action scenes make up for it. The apocalyptic final showdown (and hilariously ironic final line of the film) more than compensate for any shortcomings of this film (or the relatively lame third film, for that matter).

I'm also surprised that nobody's mentioned the "Eat the Rice" scene; sure, it's random and hammy, but it's one of the most amusing juxtapositions of pathos, violence, and waxing poetic about food that you'll see.
