"A Better Life" 10 Scale Rating: 8.0 (Great) ...
The Good: Gut wrenching. Absolutely gut wrenching. Well acted and well written, "A Better Life" does an amazing job of giving you a glimpse of what life is like for East L.A. immigrants and aliens living in the ghetto.
The Bad: Watching bad things happen to an honest guy trying hard to turn his life around is difficult, but at times it seems like his situation is made worse by odd decisions.
