An illegal Mexican immigrant who works hard as a gardener to try and keep his son off the dangers of the street buys a truck that will ensure a greater income. But when the truck is stolen, his son and he set off on a hopeless search, with the dangers of deportation lurking.
A worthy modern retelling of the Bicycle Thieves story with a strong lead performance by Bichir.
