I'm not sure how to rate this film. It's basically a series of porn scenes (which fall somewhere between Cinemax softcore and actual hardcore porn) interspersed with footage of some solid indie rock bands.
The problem, from my perspective, is that it wedges in some truly stupid "character development" that goes nowhere, and it's not really compelling as actual porn (as a digression, it's definitely not as pornographic as, say, Shortbus, which is at least a real movie with a plot and characters, nor is it as entertaining). On the plus side, however, there are some good live musical performances. 2/5 feels like the right rating to me.
