Still need proof that Jack O'Connell is a superstar in the making? If his other outings of 2014 didn't impress (it's hard to believe Starred Up didn't impress everyone who saw it), look no further than right here where O'Connell, with a mostly physical performance, captures the fear and despair of a British soldier on the run through the Belfast streets in 1971.
Yann Demange's feature film debut is outstanding.
