Review of 4 Months, 3 Weeks and 2 Days (2007) by Ed A — 11 Aug 2009
Thriller?, Drama?, Horror?, don't ask me I just watch them I don't care about the genre,so let's get started.
Acting[3/3]: I want to start by saying that I speak fluent romanian, no I'm kidding I didn't get a word from the movie, but there is something that works in this movies that is called subtitles that helped me a lot, the acting is superb, you feel sorrow for the girls you hate the abortion guy and the most important they ARE the characters that they portrait, very good from start to finish.
Directing[3/3]: This is tough, this movie goes from genre to genre so easily that it makes you feel bad, the pacing is frustrating at times, but in the end that makes this movie awesome.
Story[3/3]: This story is simple and easy, and I've been thinking that if holywood makes a remake with Ellen Page and the whole cast of juno it would be so bad, because there is an acting and a directing that complement the story and makes it what it is, a perfect movie.
Bonus Point[1/1]: Perfect Drama-Horror-Thriller-war-historical piece, the best I've seen, maybe is the only one with this caracteristics.
Final Score[10/10] => 100%.
