A beautifully told, strong and moving window into late communist period Romania which is necessary viewing.
You may need to have a light understanding of Romania under Ceausescu to get the most from this which may explain some of the negative reviews on this site.
But, for once, the critics have got this one right.
One more note -- you really should watch the interview with the writer once you have watched the film. He's clearly a clever guy and not your normal 'My film must be deep' guys.
