Review of 4 Little Girls (1997) by Dave J — 02 Jul 2010
This is a well-made and complete account of racially-targeted church bombing that killed four little girls in Birmingham, Alabama, which fueled the civil rights movement even more in 1963. While the film is mainly made up of interviews, Spike Lee includes photos and old film footage that he meshes so well along with music.
Not only informative of the times, but very powerful and inspiring.
