Very crude, stupid, and unevenly funny, but never really crossing into offensive. The charisma of the leads carries the film much more than the weak, improbable story should allow. I think comparisons to The Hangover are too trite and easy.
21 & Over compares more to the formulaic 80's spring break movies updated for today's audiences. Considering how crude it really is, that's not necessarily a winning update.
