Review of 13 Tzameti (2006) by Renato Q — 10 Jun 2007
This film is best described as a "slow burn". That is, the first half of the film is basically used to create a feeling of suspense before the movie decides to kick you in the balls. I recommend that you don't read the back case of this film (or watch the trailer) as the movie is much more enjoyable if you don't know what the main character is getting himself in to.
The ending wasn't as strong as it could have been, but the ride to get there was definitely worth it.
