Review of The Offence (1973) by John D — 23 Dec 2007
This is without a doubt one of Sir Sean Connery's greatest films. It's a look at police brutallity in the 1970s. Connery plays his best character ever in this film! A corrupt police seargent who's seen too much.
He finally snaps in an interview where he brutally attacks and later kills a man in questioning for a child molestation case. Brilliant and well thought out, The Offence is a classic!!
