Review of Faces (1968) by Asif K — 17 Aug 2011
130 minutes of humanity spiraling out of control, Cassavetes's film captures the bending point when a marriage of convenience becomes a marriage of contempt and adultery. If you can get through it, and you should know that by the end of the first extended act, you're in for one of the most deeply personal films ever made.
