Review of Zuma Beach (1978) by Blais E — 21 Feb 2011
Sweet and fun, not-often-seen, unsophisticated lttle TV film, kind of an updated "Frankie and Annette" beach-party wing-ding, featuring a decent performance from Suzanne Somers as a burned-out L.
A. entertainer who escapes the unrewarding hustle-and-bustle of her life for some R-&-R at the titular location and forges some deep relationships with the much-younger high school kids populating the dunes.
Featuring lots of beautiful bikini-babes frolicking in the waves (P.J.Soles, a young Tanya Roberts, and the uber-luscious-and-delightfully-voluptuous Kimberly Beck-), and lovely cinematography that'll make you wish you were there yourself!
