This seems to me to be a Korean sequel to Blade Runner. It has alot of beautiful visuals, especially in the beginning, but it fails to go any further than skin deep with its premise. Its basically just an odd love story that spirals into a third act filled with slowmotion fight scenes.
Not alot is done to make the main character sympathetic. I mean, if one of my friends fell in love with the vaccum cleaner I don't think I'd sympathize with him when it was time to get a new one.
