They have good visuals...if only they had put the same effort on the screenplay and get a better cast. Even though it's hardly more than a ripoff of Blade Runner, it could have been a lot better and I would have excused the fact they didn't bring any new idea to the human-cyborg dilemmas I've seen in a least a dozen films before this.
