A short movie that sums up our world in 16 minutes.
I watched this movie the same I day I watched a movie concerning the Amish, and while I was watching that I kept wondering how those people can live like that - with no technology, cut from the world we live in every day. And then I watched this and I wondered about the exact opposite. How can we live in such a world? Living as an Amish doesn't sound that bad after all.
It's no wonder to me this short got the Oscar in 2009. It's a parody of our world, but ultimately, it's more of a drama film.
