Review of Daydream Nation (2011) by David Ray G — 06 May 2012
I sorta placed this movie to the back of my brain, and I found it a few weeks ago and finally watched it. And realized I should have done so earlier, because I enjoyed it tremendously.
Exploring teenagers' lives and sexualiy is a topic that has been central in so many movies, but there are still some films (this included) that manage to say something new.
Loved the characters, the performances, the sountrack, the story, and I love the poster too. Simple yet loud in more ways than one. Incredibly pleasant in a depressing way. Awesomness all around.
