This movie caused me to fall head over heels for Jack Lemmon's overpowering charm. I thought he was fantastic! Almost as lovely, in that 'old movie' kind of way, as Dick Van Dyke. Irma la Douce is sweet and very funny, with great comedy of error moments and I think it was rather timeless.
