Review of True Stories (1986) by Stephen S — 14 May 2006

This is one of those 'love 'em or hate 'em' films. One of my top picks, but I could find you friends that would call this nothing more than senseless trash. This film isn't really about conventional things like plot, action, or characters- I found it more of a study in ideas about how people relate to the consumerist strata in which we're all immersed.

If you're looking for romance or slapstick humor then you'll be sadly dissapointed.
