You know if a film is going to be bad usually from the first 10 minutes, unfortunately it only took me about 10 seconds to declare that this was complete rubbish. For starters it had 50 Cent in it, they guy canâ??t act to save his life I donâ??t care what anyone says and he should be sticking to what he does best, making music! Val Kilmer looked over weight and out of shape and as for Sharon Stone, was there any need for that terrible accent.

Set against the back drop of the New Orleans floods and the aftermath of hurricane Katrina Kilmerâ??s partner is killed during the floods and he and 50 cent must trace it back to the criminal underworld when they realize heâ??s been murdered. This is a bad attempt at police corruption and no thought whatsoever was put into writing a credible script! Iâ??m surprised the actors actually got paid for this!
