Review of Ripley's Game (2002) by M F — 24 Jul 2011
I'm surprised this didn't get an American theatrical release, because it is a very well-done, mainstream thriller based on a character Americans are familiar with. Also, the film is in English, and it had a decent theatrical take in Australia and Great Britain.
Anyway, John Malkovich is excellent as Ripley, and the supporting cast is top notch. Started out a bit slow for me, but by the end, I was definitely hooked.
