Review of Noriko's Dinner Table (2005) by Curtis W — 11 Aug 2009
Really hard to judge this film. Even though it's a sequel to 'Suicide Club', there's very little that tie together these two films, and very little questions answered. While I can understand what they're trying to say, it's pretty hard to draw a conclusion.
I'm afraid a lot of the film message is lost in translation (The subtitle is horrid and hard to follow), and culture. A challenging film to watch, but interesting none the less.
