Review of Mulberry Street (2006) by Jason D — 26 Mar 2008
The best one out of this years After Dark Horrorfest films (aside from The Deaths of Ian Stone) that has not completely sucked balls. The idea is a classic one ripped straight out of any zombie film, only now it is spread through deadly rats who bit people who in turn become rat zombies.
Sounds ridiculous, but god dammit, these people pulled it off. What made me LOVE IT even more was the casting of REAL people (even more authentic than Slither) who tackled this crisis as real as they could do it.
I loved this movie a lot. It was really chilling and heartbreaking all at once. Terrific!
