Reminds me of Unlawful Entry...except the psycho cop is not a pervert, he's the next door neighbor. Very intense. Really leaves you hanging on the edge of your seat, and every new thing that Samuel L.
Jackson does leaves you going "Are you freaking kidding me?!?!?!" And seriously, in real life, what WOULD you do? New neighbor, being harrassed by the COP next door?? Come on!! That's a drama waiting to happen!!
