Review of Finishing the Game: The Search for a New Bruce Lee (2007) by Ks G — 08 Apr 2008
Not the best written film/comedy by a long shot. One gets the feeling that the writer / director at times did not fully know what he's trying to say and so tries to take on too many things at once and not quite making everything work.
Still there are some memorable lines, a few good laughs, but mainly the comedy simmers along with soft chuckles. Pity it wasn't shown in mainstream theaters as a popcorn fare - I have seen worse big budget comedies.
P/s Shout out to Ron Jeremy: Best "serious" part ever! Taking into account the screen time he (usually) gets for cameos like this.
