Review of Fat City (1972) by Dawn C — 24 Sep 2009
Really great - beautifully shot and acted, the pacing is incredible (all the scenes are really long - none of this contemporary cuisinart business), it's pleasurable, sad, hopeful and authentic...it's just about people and their beat-up lives.
and jeff bridges definitely has a face that belongs on a big screen.
