The stop motion animation in this film is fascinating. I spent most of the movie admiring the artistic realism of the puppets. Puppets are performing very intimate scenes that are shockingly realistic.
I don't believe this movie will appeal to the masses, but I found it riveting and have been replaying scenes in my mind since seeing it this morning - an indicator that this movie is something very special.
