Review of Zulu (1964) by David G — 01 Dec 2013
I've seen this movie so many times that I know just about every word of dialogue. If it was shown on TV when I was a teenager in the 70s then ALL other plans were iced. I've had this on VHS, DVD and indelibly printed on my mind.
This is a huge movie in so many ways (and a film that really deserves to be seen at the cinema with a big screen and a pristine print). The story itself is astonishing and based on true events, the cinematography is impressive and the acting adequate. Oh and it has Welshmen singing Men of Harlech. Quality.
