Seriously, if you actually agree with bullying, treating others diffently than yourself, and not living up to your fullest potential you'll likely find some kind "political agenda" in Zootopia.
For everyone else that actually does have a heart and empathy you'll love this film! I can not rave enough just how good, touching, and all around so well developed and well rounded Zootopia is! Give it a chance and see it for yourself!
