It's quickly apparent that this film's script was written by a person without an understanding of how to write a screenplay and, specifically, even moderately realistic dialogue. It also becomes apparent this screenwriter wants desperately to "pay homage to" the genre, and in his infinite craftiness (sarcasm), his only idea for such is to throw a Lucio Fulci (Zombi 2) tee on an argumentative video rental store clerk (how original).
