Yeah, yeah, it's dumb. It's really dumb, but I enjoyed it more than another evil dog movie Devil Dog. Zoltan is such a ridiculous premise, but there is plenty of stupidity to make this enjoyable in a bad movie way.
There are also some cute puppies rising from the grave that are so hilariously cute! Some of the bigger dogs can look kinda creepy when they're snarling too. Like other Albert Band movies, it's fairly enjoyable for a bad movie.
