Review of Zodiac (2007) by John R — 23 May 2015
"Zodiac" is a film that has a handful of very impressive scenes, good performances, and a fascinating story. However it also drags in multiple places. Its not really the movie's fault that all of the scenes are relevant since it is a true story but sometimes it becomes a little dull.
David Fincher is a capable filmmaker and he directs the film well but he definitely has better movies under his belt. Overall, this is an intriguing look at the Zodiac killer story and its made skillfully despite various dragging moments.
