Review of Zodiac (2007) by Alec B — 07 Mar 2016
Arguably Fincher's best work . . . a focused exploration of obsession, paranoia, and memory. Nothing about the recreations of the murders read as glib or sensational which has the effect of making those sequences more terrifying than anything he'd done in "Se7en".
There's a lot of really great performances in this movie, but Robert Downey Jr. is doing career best work here.
