Solid, dark, both intense and tense at different times, and thankfully more underplayed than most films of its genre. Don't expect anything other than the occasional nod to the issue of ethics or the complexities around the subject matter though.
I didn't anticipate liking much at all, but despite the unpleasant topic it's a gripping, dramatic movie.
