Review of Zardoz (1974) by Leia C — 30 May 2007
It's like a cross between A Clockwork Orange and The Holy Mountain but as a really bad, pretentious movie starring Sean Connery and his ample chest hair. (The best acting was by Charlotte Rampling, best known for playing the Nazi sex slave in The Night Porter.
) It's pretty hilarious; I'd suggest stocking up on your favorite intoxicating substance and watching it with friends. Remember: "the gun is good, the penis is evil!".
