I've seen better romantic comedies than "You've Got Mail", but I've seen worse as well. No, the film isn't perfect, but it's very funny and the leads are convincing in their roles.
Also, a movie with both Greg Kinnear AND Steve Zahn?! I kind of HAVE to like it.
