You're Next: The first hour of this gore-laden home invasion horror film is intense, scary and even somewhat realistic, when a band of masked marauders attack a family gathering at their isolated estate in the woods.

Even the twist, that one of the houseguests is actually a trained survivalist badass who kicks into high gear when the attack happens, is interesting. But in its quest for a "big finish" the flick goes completely off the rails into a ridiculous failure in the third act, turning what could have been a grade A film into just a C.
