I thought of a secondary title for this film:(Blunt Force Friday Night). My main issue here was the rather weak character development in the early part of the movie. You just have to figure out the brothers and their parents without really knowing any back story for them.

I still don't really understand the entire motive for the massacre. I can only surmise that one brother wanted to eliminate his siblings to capture the entire family fortune for himself. If the sight of blood bothers you, I don't think you will make it very far.

I was asking myself: Is she really going to kill him with that? The answer is yes she is. The gore action is hitting hard and fast enough that you aren't going to fall asleep here. Seeing people impaled and suffering blunt force head trauma is brutal but it's effective in this film.
