I heard a lot of amazing things about this movie before I was able to watch it, and I honestly thought people were probably over-praising it. God was I wrong. This movie deserves all the attention it's getting, both for the stunningly gorgeous animation that we sadly rarely see in the genre this days, and for the powerful and endearing story that is at the center of your name's plot.
This a movie that can truly resonate with everyone, no matter your age, and one that can make you laugh as many times as it can make you break down in tears. It is truly a unique piece of art that deserves to be marveled at by everyone.
An emotional roller coaster of a movie, your name is truly a one time expirience that might change the way you see animation.
