From the visuals and the characters to the complex, deep and clever narrative that spans a number of genres whilst staying true to its original agenda, this is a gorgeous film in many ways. Well-paced allowing the story to breathe and the characters to develop, 'Your Name.
' is just a delight to watch, further solidifying Makoto Shinkai's reputation as a true master of his art. It may be too cheesy for some, but for all the romantics out there, this has got to capture your imagination and speak to your heart and soul.
Heart-warming and emotionally fulfilling, I can't recommend this highly enough.
