Review of Young Sherlock Holmes (1985) by Richard W — 04 Jan 2009
A small-scale anglicised version of the Indiana Jones movies. Young Sherlock Holmes probably would have spawned a franchise if everyone and their mum had been reading The Sign of Four when it was released. Unfortunately they weren't.
This movie is notable for featuring the first true CGI character in one of its action sequences, created by John Lasseter and the fledgling Pixar Animation company.
