My personal favorite Bond film that I've seen so far. Unlike "Thunderball", this one was able to combine a compelling, action-packed plot with the best special effects the times had to offer.
Add in the first appearance of Blofeld, the previously unseen leader of SPECTRE, and this Bond film (the last one before Sean Connery would begin his on-again off-again relationship with the series) is the best.
