I recognize that I liked this a lot more than I should have. Dillon is not romantic comedy leading man material; Kate Hudson's character, like all the women in this movie, is merely an afterthought; so yeah, I basically liked this for Owen Wilson, and even he's playing a role he's done a thousand times before.
And yet I still laughed a lot.
