Review of You, Me and Dupree (2006) by Brendan N — 20 Oct 2018

This is one of my favourite guilty pleasure films, one that has stood the test of time. I have created a Dupree character myself and this film is the key inspiration for this. The film has all the marks of a typical comedy film but its so outrageous you can't help but enjoy the beats along the way.

Wilson is hilarious as the lovable screw up Dupree but he is supported by Dillion who should be doing a lot more, very underrated actor. The film is fun and that's the key here, if you can't swing into the film for what it is, you won't find anything worth viewing.

I like this film and enjoy the fun nature of the cast and storytelling. 20/10/2018.
