Review of You Can Count on Me (2000) by Khalid M — 05 Jun 2010
This is very nice "small" movie. I'm saying "small" because its got that feel - set in a small town, without mainstream actors, and just pretty low-key. One of those gems that probably not a lot of people have heard of either.
I liked that the characters were flawed and by the end, they had changed or resolved some of their issues. The little boy played by Rory Culkin was the show stealer for me. You really felt for him throughout.
This is definitely worth a watch.
